Diego Gonzalez Bravo brings extensive experience across entrepreneurship, venture capital and corporate finance.

In 2012, Diego co-founded Cygnus Capital and Cygnus Angel Club with Ignacio Plaza in 2012, investing in more than 30 companies together. At Draper Cygnus, Diego leads Seed/Series A investments and Due Diligences, he advises entrepreneurs on fundraising and exit strategies.

Diego serves as President of the Argentinean Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (ARCAP, 2018-2020) and is a founding member of the Argentinean Entrepreneurs Association (ASEA, 2014). As part of ARCAP and ASEA, Diego collaborates in designing the next wave of economic and entrepreneurial public policy in Argentina.

Previously, Diego was a Partner at S&A-Morison International, an audit & accounting firm (2006-2018) and spent seven years leading transaction teams in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC ).

Diego received a B.S., Economics & Accountant’s Degree as well as a postgraduate degree in Finance from the University of Buenos Aires. He also completed a postgraduate program in Business Valuation from CEMA University and Venture Capital programs through the Latin American Venture Capital Association (LAVCA) in Silicon Valley and New York.

Valentina Terranova is an auspicious talent with an entrepreneurial past and experience in business development, marketing and finance.

She is deeply involved in the venture capital world and founded Embarca Accelerator in Argentina in 2017.

She actively participates in the Argentine Venture Capital Association and in Endeavor Argentina as a board member of Endeavor Cuyo.

She joined Draper Cygnus as a Partner to work in dealflow generation, portfolio development and investor relations.

Valentina holds a Business Administration degree from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, an specialization in Digital Marketing from ADEN Business School and she completed a postgraduate program in Venture Investments from Universidad Austral.

Daniel Salvucci has a broad experience in science, technology, business and entrepreneurship. For the past seven years, he has has been part of the Investment team of Draper Cygnus sourcing early stage startups and managed Cygnus Capital Angel Club, one of the most active groups in Argentina.

For more than 10 years, he acquired experience in different Industries as Sales Engineer and Product Manager at Schneider Electric, leading one of the Automation business units for Argentina. He later co-founded a Coworking Space company and an Open Innovation consulting firm. Daniel is a founding member of ASEA (the Association of Entrepreneurs in Argentina), over the past nine years he has been involved in fostering the entrepreneurship and investment ecosystems in Argentina, advising startups, Corporations and Governments.

Daniel holds an Electronics Engineering degree from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and a Postgraduate degree in Finance from the Universidad Catolica Argentina.

Ignacio Plaza is a seasoned entrepreneur and angel investor with particular expertise in the Fintech sector.In 1998, Ignacio founded Primary Technologies, the first online trading platform for Argentinean exchanges and markets.In his tenure as CEO of Primary Technologies, he spearheaded a joint venture with the Rosario Stock Exchange (ROFEX) that transformed into Argentina’s leading future and options market.In 2010, he negotiated the acquisition of Primary by ROFEX after 12 years of cooperation. In 2012, he co-founded Cygnus Capital with Diego and, in 2013, he co-founded Primary Ventures (ROFEX corporate venture fund).Ignacio is an angel investor for more than 20 technology start-ups, serves on the Board of Directors at ROFEX and Primary Ventures, and is President of the Argentinean Fintech Chamber. Ignacio received a Degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the University of Belgrano and a Master’s Degrees in Business and Agribusiness from the University of Buenos Aires and Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, respectively. He also completed the Executive Program at Singularity University.
